It is excellent surface quality with a high gloss and resistance to acids. Q:What is the difference between pmma abs sheet and cast acrylic sheet?
A:MMA liquid is injected into a mold composed of two pieces of glass to create CAST acrylic. The polymerization process then begins after the mold or monomer is placed in warm water.
Abs and PMMA granules melt at high temperatures of 180°C to 220°C individually, after which PMMA and ABS are co-extruded with PE film for lamination.
